The Green Pineapple Smoothie
- 1 c coconut milk or water
- 5 chunks frozen or fresh pineapple
- handful of spinach
- 2 scoops 180 vanilla protein powder*
- 1/3 frozen banana
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Place ingredients in blender; blend & enjoy!
